Seasonal planning
Review the vessel’s location, marina requirements, owner instructions and available options. Establish contacts, access and the work to be performed.

Advance planning · Vessel preparation · Follow-up
Storm preparation begins with the boat’s berth, the marina’s requirements and a realistic plan for who will do what. Marine PRO helps organize those decisions in advance, then carries out agreed preparations when conditions allow.
Have the plan in place before you need it.
What we can help with
A boat staying in its berth needs a different plan from one moving or hauling out. Access, supplies and arrangements need to be settled before the forecast becomes urgent.

Review the vessel’s location, marina requirements, owner instructions and available options. Establish contacts, access and the work to be performed.
Plan securing arrangements, chafe protection and the removal or stowage of exposed gear. Identify supplies and replacement items needed for the agreed scope.
Carry out authorized vessel preparation and document the condition. Captain movements or haulout are separately arranged and confirmed, subject to availability.
Visit when access and working conditions permit, document visible condition and coordinate inspection, repairs or further support where needed.
How we handle the work
Set out the boat, berth, tasks, contacts and authorization arrangements, including the owner’s marina or insurer requirements.
Identify equipment, supplies, access and any outside bookings. Confirm who is responsible for each part of the plan.
Confirm the work that can be completed in the available time. Forecast changes, access restrictions and safe working conditions may affect the response.
Report completed preparations and post-storm findings. Additional inspection or repairs follow the applicable authorization arrangements.
Planning your service
A service inquiry does not reserve a haulout, relocation or storm response. The scope and availability must be confirmed with Marine PRO and any marina or provider involved.
Preparation reduces avoidable exposure but cannot guarantee protection from storm damage. Last-minute assistance and return access depend on capacity, restrictions and safe conditions.
Storm arrangements should be discussed alongside your management plan. Confirm the storm scope and activation process rather than assuming every task is part of routine care.
