Commercial & Fleet Services

When several boats need care, an isolated appointment is not enough. Marine PRO coordinates recurring visits, maintenance and repairs around vessel use, with clear records and follow-up for each boat.

Keep service organized across the fleet.

What we can help with

One program, with each vessel accounted for.

The service plan reflects where the boats operate, when they are available and what work each one needs. Recurring care and corrective repairs are kept connected.

Vessel handling at the service yard

Washing & diving

Recurring hull cleaning, anode checks and exterior care scheduled around operating windows, growth conditions and access.

Maintenance planning

Track engine service intervals, condition checks and known issues by vessel. Plan parts and access before the boat is taken out of use.

Mobile & yard repairs

Coordinate diagnostics, repairs, installations and haulout work through the service team, with priorities agreed against the fleet’s operating needs.

Records & approvals

Visit reports, photographs and outstanding findings give the responsible contact a clear basis for authorizing work and following its completion.

How we handle the work

Build the schedule around the operation.

  1. Map the fleet

Identify vessels, equipment, locations, operating patterns and responsible contacts. Review current service records and the work you want covered.

  2. Agree on the service program

Set scope, intervals, access, reporting and billing arrangements. Define how absent boats, location changes and weather interruptions are handled.

  3. Coordinate visits and repairs

Schedule recurring work and report exceptions. Corrective work follows the agreed approval process rather than being assumed part of a routine visit.

  4. Review recurring findings

Use the service history to spot repeated faults, changing wear or unsuitable intervals. Adjust the plan and identify work to schedule next.

Planning your service

A useful report tells you which boat needs what.

A completed visit and an unresolved defect are different things. Records should identify the boat, the work performed, anything missed and the next decision required.

We agree on who can authorize repairs and how priority requests are handled. Parts, access and technical requirements are considered alongside the operating schedule.

Several locations?

Share all operating bases and typical vessel movements. Coverage and service windows are confirmed for the actual program.

Plan larger work together

Bottom jobs, equipment replacement and connected repairs can be grouped into an agreed yard visit.
