Marine PRO
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how Marine Pro LLC, doing business as Marine PRO, handles information received through this public website and direct inquiries.
Information we receive
When you contact us by phone, text or email, you may share your name, contact details, vessel details and location, photographs, videos, surveys, estimates, service history or information about requested work.
How the inquiry form works
The Request Service form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not submit your inquiry to a website database or send it automatically. Marine PRO receives the message only after you press Send and it is delivered to info@marineprofl.com.
Your email provider processes the message under its own privacy practices. Please leave passwords, access codes and payment-card details out of your inquiry.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, assess service requests, prepare estimates or agreements, coordinate approved work, maintain service records and communicate about your boat. It may also be used for accounting, administration, and legal or safety obligations.
Sharing information for your service
Information may be shared with Marine PRO personnel, service providers, manufacturers, yards, captains, subcontractors or other professional resources when reasonably necessary to evaluate, coordinate or perform requested work. Access should be limited to the information reasonably required for that purpose.
Website and hosting information
Website hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and request logs for security, reliability and performance. This is separate from the details you type into the inquiry form.
Links to the client portal, iPhone App Store and other websites take you to separate services. Review the notices provided by those services for information about their handling of account, payment or device information.
Optional website analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand visits to this website and use of contact buttons. Analytics runs only after you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep analytics off.
With permission, Google receives technical visit information such as page views, device and browser information, referral sources, campaign information and interaction events. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, vessel details, locations entered in the inquiry form, or the inquiry message to Analytics.
An inquiry event records that an email draft was prepared; it does not establish that the email was sent or received. Contact-button events record clicks, not completed calls or messages.

Retention and security
Marine PRO uses reasonable administrative and technical practices appropriate to the information and the services being provided. Information may be retained for service continuity, recordkeeping, accounting, legal, insurance or operational purposes.
