If a routine visit reveals a problem, you don’t have to find another contractor and start over. We explain what needs attention, arrange an estimate and coordinate approved work. You can follow its progress and see what was completed.
Your plan sets out the recurring care included. Additional repairs, projects and support are arranged and approved separately. Emergency action follows the authority agreed in your management contract.
