From first conversation to handover

The complete repower.

  1. 01

    Assess the boat

We review your present installation, hull rating, transom condition and how you use the boat. We discuss the result you want and whether replacement makes sense.

  2. 02

    Define the package

Your proposal identifies engines, removal, installation and supporting work. Controls, steering, instruments, propellers, fuel and electrical changes are addressed as the project requires.

  3. 03

    Install & follow through

We coordinate the approved installation, setup and operating checks, including a sea trial as required. Handover covers operation, break-in guidance and the next service.

Make the helm part of the plan.

A repower is a good time to consider compatible controls, displays and steering upgrades.

Rigging, controls & parts

Plan with confidence.

What determines the installed price?

Engine selection is only part of it. The quote also depends on existing equipment, removal, rigging, steering, controls, instruments, propellers and any vessel work. We define the scope before you commit.

Can I keep my existing controls and electronics?

Sometimes. Compatibility must be checked against the selected engine and current installation. We’ll identify what can remain and what needs to change.

How long will a repower take?

Timing depends on engine and parts availability, the agreed scope and scheduling. We confirm those details with your proposal rather than promise a generic turnaround.
