Dockside outboard engines at a private marina

At your marina or private dock

Mobile Service
& Repair

Book maintenance, get a problem checked or arrange an installation where you keep your boat. Our technicians come prepared for the work, and your service writer coordinates access, scheduling and updates.

We come to the boat.

What we can handle dockside

One visit, planned around the work.

Tell us what you need before we arrive. We’ll confirm the scope, access and equipment required, including whether the job belongs at the dock or in the yard.

Arranging your visit

A little preparation saves time aboard.

  1. Send the details

Share your boat’s location, equipment make and model, and the work you need. For a fault, include symptoms, alarm messages and photographs. Tell us about any trip deadline.

  2. Arrange access

We confirm keys, marina requirements and working space before the visit. If you won’t be there, we’ll agree on access and how to reach you about findings or approvals.

  3. Review the findings

We explain what we’ve found and the proposed work. Diagnostic time is billable, and some faults need further investigation before a repair can be priced. Additional work requires your approval.

  4. Keep the record

Completed work, photographs and follow-up items stay with the service record. Use the Marine PRO Management App to review estimates, message the team and follow updates, or call your service writer.
